21 Murdered in Jerusalem Bus Bombing, Including Many Children

A Palestinian bomber boarded a packed Jerusalem bus making its way from the Western Wall last Tuesday night and blew himself up, murdering 21 people and wounding more than 100 others, a dozen seriously, in one of the deadliest bombings in the past three years of violence. Eight children were among the dead, Hy'd, and at least 40 youngsters were wounded in the bus blast.

As soon as the rescue efforts ended, the long road to recovery began for victims of the #2 bus bombing. The tragedy hit the Bucharim neighborhood hard, as several of the murdered came from this small section of Jerusalem, located near Geula.

Bus Bombing Victims Referred by Bituach Leumi to Private Tzedokoh Organizations

In the first two days after last Tuesday's bus bombing attack in Jerusalem, families of those murdered and injured were told that Bituach Leumi does not provide cash and that they should seek immediate assistance from private tzedokoh organizations.

No sympathy for Bombing Victims in Hebron
