It PAYS to read Rosally Saltsman's great tips. After her
recent article on money saving appeared ("Double Check,"
Parshas Vayetze), your editor received a call from a reader
who had decided to check her own cell phone bill.
She discovered two major discrepencies: 1) An entry for fifty-
five shekel which the company could not explain. 2) An entry
for calls made on Shabbos -- which they could not explain,
either. She thanks Rosally for alerting her!
