Worldwide Kashrus Experts Visit Yad Binyomin Matzoh Bakery
by B. Rabinowitz

Top-ranking kashrus experts from Israel and throughout the world have recently called upon and inspected the Yad Binyomin Matzoh Bakery. Among them was Rabbi Yitzchok Juravel from the United States, an expert of worldwide renown. Rabbi Juravel was favorably impressed by the unique hiddurim of this bakery under the supervision of the BaDaTz of Shearis Yisroel.

Rabbi Juravel relates that in his capacity as kashrus supervisor he has visited many matzoh bakeries throughout the world, but nowhere has he seen one as stringent as that of Yad Binyomin, both in its hand and machine matzoh departments. "It is evident that the rabbonim of Shearis Yisroel have invested tremendous thought and effort in setting up a bakery to enable bnei Torah to purchase matzoh without any chashash," he said.

Matzoh baking at Yad Binyomin is proceeding at a brisk pace, with groups of avreichim from all over the country coming to purchase matzos in chaburos. Among these groups are residents of Elad, under the supervision of the BaDaTz of Elad, headed by its moro de'asra, HaRav Shlomo Zalman Grossman, as well as by HaRav M. Gross and HaRav Y.B. Wosner, who were present during the baking.

Residents of Kiryat Sefer also came to Yad Binyomin, accompanied by their moro de'asra, HaRav Meir Kessler, as did residents of chareidi communities in the north and the south, coming with their rabbonim and morei horo'oh.
