Head Teacher of London School to Retire
by Yated Ne'eman Staff

The esteemed Head Teacher of the Menorah Primary School in London, Mrs. Sula Kestenbaum, has announced her intention to retire at the end of this academic year, after a long and distinguished career in education, culminating in a period of service at the Menorah school in excess of eleven years.

The school said that throughout this time, Mrs. Kestenbaum's devotion to the development of Menorah has been truly exceptional. Her abilities in building a wonderful spirit of unity and singularity of purpose at Menorah were truly outstanding.

Philip Weinstein, Chairman of Governors of the school, commented; "During Mrs. Kestenbaum's tenure as Head Teacher, Menorah has enhanced still further its excellent reputation for the highest standards in both kodesh and chol. There was a wonderful working relationship at all times between her, the principal Rabbi H.I. Feldman, and the Governors, which we will always value greatly."
