Rabbi Bochner
A very important and impressive gathering took place in the home of HaRav Moshe Shternbuch, Raavad of the Eida Chareidis in Jerusalem, with the participation of the members of the Halacha Committee of Bonei Olom, as well as the chairman and founder of the World Bonei Olom Organization, Rabbi Shlomo Bochner, from the U.S. He is here in order to promote and expand its activities for the sake of the thousands of couples being helped by Bonei Olom.
Around the long table, headed by HaRav Shternbuch, sat: rabbonim of Bnei Brak, HaRav Shevach Rosenblat; HaRav Dov Lando; HaRav Yosef Efrati; HaRav Stern; HaRav Abba Shaul; HaRav Ben Zion Kook; HaRav Brunner; rabbonim from Har Nof, HaRav Luksenberg, and rabbonim from Modi'in Illit; HaRav Werner, chairman of Keren Re'em.
Also participating was the administrator of the Israel Bonei Olom Organization, Rabbi Elyokim Levanon, and advisors of the organization, among them Rabbi Eliezer Greenbaum.
The founder of Bonei Olom, Rabbi Shlomo Bochner, and administrator in Israel, Rabbi Elyokim Levanon, greeted the esteemed participants and presented an update of all the activities being carried on these days.
In his address, HaRav Efrati said, "The main point of Bonei Olom is not only the chessed. It is also the counsel provided to couples according to the pure Halochoh of our generation's poskim. Blessed be they and fortunate are they in their share, as well as all those who assist in this vital project."
