Registration for Har Yonah Apartment Project Now Under Way

Nine hundred apartment units in Har Yonah a new development in Natzrat Illit in the north are now on the market, after the results of tenders at Har Yonah were announced last week. A large number of prospective buyers has requested further details on the enormous project, particularly where they can register right away to guarantee a good apartment with excellent terms. The mayor of the city, who is not chareidi, has made a special effort to establish a large chareidi neighborhood to counter the threat represented by Arabs moving in from Nazareth.
The large project — one of the biggest in recent years aimed at the chareidi sector — offers exceptionally low apartment prices, starting at NIS 490,000 for a two-bedroom unit after subtracting the grant the state provides to every young couple that purchases a new apartment. The price of three- and four-bedroom apartments will also be very affordable.
