Gafni: 'The Very Idea of Dialogue with Reform is Troubling'

Jewish Agency Chairman Natan Sharansky and Government Secretary Tzvi Hauser announced this week that a channel for dialogue would be opened and the freeze by Reform Movement representatives toward the government on the issue of conversion would be extended until July 10 of this year.

Seven More Indictments for Loud Music at Event Halls

Seven more indictments were served against owners of event halls and outdoor event spaces for failing to install and use noise meters. Charges were filed against Arka at Tel Aviv Port, Hatchalot in Holon, Hinuma in Nesher, Society Space in Bat Yam, Argaman Events Center in Holon, Gallery Palace in Tel Aviv and Tatzpit in Herzliya.
