Bayit Cham Expands Operations at Jerusalem and Elad Branches

By Yechiel Sever

Bayit Cham, an organization aimed at increasing public awareness on the issue of mental health, is expanding operations at its Jerusalem and Elad branches, adding several experts to provide service to those receiving care at both locations.

The Elad branch provides top rate services under Mrs. Chaya Shatavsky, who treats women and runs therapy groups, Dr. Anat Alagom, a child psychologist at Sheba Medical Center (Tel Hashomer), and Mr. Noam Fisam, also a psychologist at Sheba.

At the Jerusalem branch, services will be provided by top experts including Mr. Yosef Nachum, a child psychologist at Hadassah Ein Karem, Noam Fisam and Mrs. Yehudis Rosenblum, who specializes in cognitive behavioral therapy and has experience working with the chareidi sector.

"Behind the file of every person treated at Bayit Cham is a monitoring staff that reviews his case at regular meetings to ensure that every individual receives the treatment he or she needs," says Director General Aryeh Munk. "We've selected a series of reputable experts, not scrimping on the services provided at Bayit Cham. The experts recently added to our staff join the staff of experts who already provide services at the Bnei Brak, Jerusalem and Elad branches, and we're slated to bring in more experts."
