Gerrer Rebbe Visits Maran HaRav Eliashiv shlita

Maran HaRav Yosef Sholom Eliashiv shlita and the Admor
of Gur shlita held a meeting at Maran's home in
Jerusalem during chol hamoed Pesach.
The two spoke amiably for nearly half an hour, focusing on
Pesach customs, chinuch habonim and hilchos
Shabbos.
At the end of their conversation Maran escorted the Gerrer
Rebbe to the front door though the latter urged Maran not to
trouble himself. Before parting the two gedolei
Yisroel offered a blessing for Klal Yisroel.
