Sixth Aguda of America Yarchei Kalloh in Jerusalem to
Focus on Kiddush and Havdoloh

The Agudas Yisroel of America Yarchei Kalloh in Jerusalem
will focus on the sugiyoh of Kiddush and Havdoloh.
Organized by the Torah Projects Committee of Agudas Yisroel
of America, the gathering, to be held for the sixth
consecutive year, will bring dozens of professionals and
businessmen from the US for a week of Torah study under the
guidance of some of Eretz Yisroel's leading roshei yeshivos,
rabbonim and Admorim. The high level of study and the
opportunity to meet with gedolei Yisroel in Eretz
Yisroel have transformed the event into an extraordinary
experience of "Torah lishmoh" as shown by the large
number of baalei batim who come back year after
year.
This year's Yarchei Kalloh opened on Monday in Jerusalem with
divrei chizuk delivered by gedolei Yisroel,
including HaRav Aharon Leib Shteinman the Admor of Novominsk,
the Rosh of Agudas Yisroel of America, and HaRav Nosson Tzvi
Finkel, rosh yeshiva of Yeshivas Mir Jerusalem.
Shiurim and talks will be given by HaRav Boruch Dov
Povarsky, a rosh yeshiva of Yeshivas Ponovezh, HaRav Dovid
Cohen, rosh yeshiva of Yeshivas Chevron, HaRav Yitzchok
Zilberstein, rosh kollel of Kollel Beis Dovid in Holon
and the rov of Bnei Brak's Ramat Elchonon neighborhood, HaRav
Osher Weiss, av beis din of Kiryat Tshechenov and rosh
yeshiva of Yeshivas Chug Chasam Sofer, HaRav Yehoshua
Neuwirth, author of Shemiras Shabbos Kehilchoso, HaRav
Pinchos Friedman, head of the Belz kollelim, and HaRav
Yitzchok Tzvi Abramovich, rov of Hakiryah Hachassidit in
Chatzor Haglilit.
The siyum of maseches Eruvin will be the
highlight of the four-day gathering. HaRav Michel Zilber,
rosh yeshiva of Yeshivas Zviehl Jerusalem is scheduled to
recite Hadran.
