New Volume

A new volume in the series "Halichos VeHalochos" has come
out on aspects of Purim. This one is arranged according to
the simanim of the Shulchan Oruch, beginning with the
halochos of the Four Parshiyos, and includes many current
issues, such as the status of outlying neighborhoods, matonos
le'evyonim, costumes, and much more. There are also comments
by HaRav Eliashiv on aggodoh and machshovoh, as well as
correspondence including an exchange with the Admor of Erlau
in the past year.
