NOTICE AND CLARIFICATION

It was brought to our attention that a passage in our article
last week about the letter from Maran HaRav Eliashiv about
nonkosher status of the Kingklip fish may have been
interpreted to imply that the dayanim of the South
Africa Beis Din are not respected talmidei chachomim.
Our article does not say that, nor was it intended to imply
that and it should not be construed in that way.
