Tefillin Thefts

Numerous pairs of tefillin have disappeared from
various botei knesses and yeshivas in Jerusalem
recently. According to suspicions, a band of thieves has been
roaming around chareidi neighbors and has managed to take
tefillin undetected.
The public is requested not to leave tefillin
unattended and also to beware of suspicious dealers trying to
sell tefillin acquired from an unknown source.
