Hatzoloh Medics Escort the Levaya
by Yated Ne'eman Staff

Hundreds of medics from Hatzoloh of Jerusalem showed great professionalism at the levaya of HaRav Yisroel Moshe Dushinsky, zt'l. At 12 noon, all of the Hatzoloh medics took up positions along the route, except for a special on- call team that remained available for routine emergencies. A mobile command car was set up to direct and coordinate the medics based on needs arising in the field. In coordination with the police and Magen David Adom, special vehicle passes were issued to volunteers in order to provide improved access to the sick and injured.

Hatzoloh Jerusalem Chairman R' Dovid Greenwald says that despite the harsh weather that caused major bottlenecks and congestion on the roads, the levaya went very smoothly, with notably efficient organization. Several injuries due to the extremely crowded conditions were reported. May they work at simchas.
